Civil Litigator

We are looking to recruit a full-time Civil Litigator to cover all aspects of Civil Litigation at our Bingley office.

To cover various aspects of Civil Litigation - to include -

  • Contract work
  • Consumer law
  • Boundary disputes
  • Landlord & Tenant
  • Contentious Probate

An ability to carry out Employment work would be beneficial.

The position requires a person who has experience of carrying out the above work, and who can work unsupervised, and on their own initiative.

General information

  • Office Hours: 9-5.30 (1 hour for lunch)
  • Holidays – starts at 24 days plus bank holidays
  • Location: BRADFORD / BINGLEY
  • Flexible

Candidate required immediately.

Conveyancing Assistant / Secretary

We are looking to recruit a full time Conveyancing Assistant / Secretary for our Property Department at our Bingley office.

The following skills are required:

  • To carry out typing and/or arrange correspondence and documents through audio-typing and word processing.
  • To record all client and matter details on the management system, set up new files, and ensure that the client/matter details are kept up to date.
  • To make appointments, arrange meetings and to maintain an up-to-date diary for the Fee Earner.
  • To attend to clients both in person and on the telephone and to provide such support in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the firm's standards for client care.
  • To assist in general office administration.
  • To answer telephone calls efficiently and politely and take messages, as necessary.
  • To ensure that all internal methods, systems, policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Administration tasks as and when needed
  • To carry out reception duties

Conveyancing experience is essential (residential or commercial). The candidate must be able to manage own work allocation, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision.
