About This Role

A rare opportunity to join our busy family/matrimonial department at the highest level, across all 3 offices, due to impending retirement.

We would like:

• 10+ years PQE as a Solicitor or other relevant qualification

• Proven relevant experience of handling their own caseload including divorce, finances, prenuptial agreements, cohabitation, separation agreements and Children Act matters

• Children Panel member

• Resolution accredited

• Strong knowledge of both Private and Public funded matters with the ability to supervise junior team members

• Business development skills with a view to growing the department

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide good client care, professional and competent legal advice in line with the SRA code of conduct
