Drafting and executing a new Will during this time

During this difficult time, Eatons specialist team can continue to assist you with new Will drafting, changes to existing arrangements and any probate queries you may have.

One of our specialist lawyers will be able to provide you with legal advice by telephone, email or video calling and will therefore answering be able to answer any queries or worries you may have.

We are able to take new instructions for a Will. We can take these instructions from you, draft the Will and send it to you by email together with an explanatory letter. Once the content of the Will is agreed, we can arrange for it to be sent to you with full details on how to sign and get it witnessed to ensure it is done so correctly to avoid any future issues with validity. You would need to have two independent adult witnesses sign the Will but we will talk you through this to ensure you understand the legal requirements.

If you have any questions or would like to hear more about our Wills service, please email us and we will get back in touch with you or visit our online Will making facility.

Please note that we will need to comply with our normal regulatory requirements, such as proof of ID, and we will be able to discuss this with you at the outset.
